You can change your password by accessing your account page, and we recommend that you change it periodically.

We use your email address to communicate with you about your orders and shipments. This communication is essential for keeping you informed about the status of your deliveries.
Your social media accounts can act as another means of communication. If you’ve “liked” or “followed” us, and we can’t get a hold of you via email, we may reach out through other mediums.
Additionally, we offer the option to receive important news, updates, promotions, and more via our email newsletter. When creating a Delkin Tech account, you can choose to subscribe by checking a box during registration. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

You have the right to update or correct your personal details at any time. This may be accomplished by going to “My Page” and selecting “Account” or/and “Shipping address”, where you can view and make changes to most of your personal information in real-time. For security purposes, certain personal information can only be changed by contacting our customer support team. We will respond to your request as promptly as possible within a reasonable timeframe.
Personal information removal/account deletion.
You have the right to remove personal information (or delete your account). If you choose to do this, please note that we may need to keep some personal data in order to process orders already en route and/or to comply with our service obligations.

Anti-spam
We do not tolerate spam. While we provide you with an opportunity to sign up for our mailing list upon your account registration, we will not send emails if you choose to opt out. Likewise, we will not sell or give your email address to any other person, company, or unauthorized third party.
Securing Your Information and Belongings

The information you provide is stored on secure database servers, and any page that displays your personal data is password-protected and encrypted. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider’s database, which can only be accessed by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. We are also Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant, adding yet another layer of security management, prevention, and detection to the site.
For your safety and protection, your credit card information is not stored on our servers. Our payment gateway provider, PayPal, Wise, and others, keeps this information encrypted and secure on your behalf.
Additionally, our warehouse and office space is equipped with a security system and cameras to ensure your products remain safe.
